Stop, Think, Do! (5-11 yr olds)

Children need friends for good mental health and a happy life!

Is your child struggling with low self esteem, problems with friends, bullying, aggressive behaviour, lack of confidence? Then we have the program for you!

Children face many pressure’s and may not have the emotional resources to handle these problems. Good friendships help children to feel worthwhile, accepted, more secure and comfortable with the world. Cognitive behavioural programs are an effective way to teach children how to solve problems positively and act in pro-social ways.

STOP THINK DO is an Australian cognitive-behavioural program that teaches children specific social skills and a process of relating to others so that they can make and keep friends.

It has a preventative focus and aims to improve the social skills of children from a young age to prevent social-behavioural problems from developing.
