Carelyn is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist registrar, bringing international experience in her skillset. Carelyn has worked in South Africa and the middle east prior to migrating to Australia. Carelyn specialises in mood and behavioural issues including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, esteem, trauma, supporting new parents and more, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, schema therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness and EMDR, to help her clients.
Carelyn works across the lifespan from adolescents and adults, providing individual therapy sessions, couples therapy and assessments. Carelyn caring nature helps her to build a trustful rapport with her clients, enabling her to equip them with strategies they need to work through the challenges life brings.
