Ian comes with a wealth of experience of managing large portfolios in Local Government, Commissioning services and consulting. A strategic thinker, working alongside the Director and clinical team to develop the business, to ensure it is offers contemporary, safe, quality services. Stakeholder engagement, partnerships, recruitment, professional development, financial management and data analyst form part of the roles that Ian applies on a day-to-day basis. Ian also co-leads the corporate and clinical governance groups to ensure nationally achieved standards are maintained and strengthened.
