Sharleen is a mental health social worker passionate about helping people. She enjoys supporting and guiding her clients to grow and develop a healthier mindset and mental health and well-being. Sharleen sees children, teens and adults, and can help with mental health issues such as mood and behavioural issues, trauma, domestic violence and abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and more. Sharleen has completed post graduate study at University of Western Australia for the assessment and diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) and has completed further professional development in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Sharleen uses therapeutic techniques like CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness to empower clients to live healthier, happier lives.
