Zoe is a clinical psychology registrar with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults to overcome life and mental health challenges through individual therapy. She has a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, working collaboratively with her clients to develop personalised treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She works with a range of presentations including individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, coping with life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and trauma. Zoe has recently undertaken training in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She believes in creating a safe and non-judgemental environment for her clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and is committed to helping them achieve lasting positive change.
